Booking Policies
Payment Policy
At the moment of the online reservation no payment is made, we simply need to validate your credit card details with a pre-authorization of an amount equal to the first night of your stay.
A pre-authorization is a simultaneous charge and return of the same amount, depending on the type of your credit card, you may be able to see these movements.
We will send you an email 7 days before your arrival with a payment link, you must make the full payment of your reservation online by credit card.
Once the payment has been received and all the occupant documentation has been sent, 48 hours before your arrival, we will send you an email with all the information for your entry into the apartment.
In case that you want to pay on arrival, you must contact us to request it.
There is also the option that someone from our team will wait for you at your apartment on arrival to check in and make the payment. This service has an extra cost of €40.
The office is located at Carrer Consell de Cent 432, and our office hours are from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
* There is an exception to the aforementioned conditions, for stays during the MWC that is held every year in Barcelona and on variable dates, for stays during these dates the payment email will be sent 48 hours after the reservation is made, it is necessary to pay the entire reservation within this period.
Modification and cancellation policy
Free cancellation or modification if it is made up to 7 days before arrival.
In the case of cancellations or modifications made between 6 days and 48 hours before arrival, the amount of the first night will be charged.
In the case of cancellations or modifications made between 48 hours before your arrival and the day of arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
* Stays during the MWC event held every year in Barcelona and on variable dates have special conditions different from those described above. For stays during these dates, the cancellation policy is non-refundable from the moment of payment of the reservation, which will be 48 hours after making the reservation.
Group Policy
Reservations of more than 2 apartments of 6 people are considered a group reservation.
The payment policy is:
- 50% of the reservation when making the reservation.
- Remaining 50% of the reservation 15 days before arrival.
The cancellation policy is:
- You can cancel for free up to 15 days before the scheduled arrival.
- If you cancel outside this period, the 50% already charged at the time of making the reservation will not be returned.
Rules during the stay
It is important to comply with the following rules during the stay in the apartments:
Arrivals and Departures
Check-ins will take place after 2:00 p.m. in Gaudi Terrace and Eixample, while in Borne it is from 4:00 p.m.
If your arrival is before 2:00 p.m., we can store your luggage in our office at Carrer Consell de Cent 432 until check-in time. From Monday to Friday.
Departures will be made before 10:00
Check out time for Easy Sleep Born is at 11:00 am.
In the event that you wish to leave later, contact us and if there is availability, you could check out until 12:00 noon at no cost.
From 12:00 there is an extra cost of €60 authorizing the maximum departure until 8:00 p.m.
Late check outs will be accepted only if required 24 hours before the day of departure.
Noise
It is important to respect the rest of the neighbors.
Noisy activities are strictly prohibited, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. the next day.
Parties are not allowed and are subject to penalty.
Gatherings on the landings or gates are not allowed.
Security
You must leave the windows and doors double-locked every time you leave the apartment.
EASY SLEEP BARCELONA is not responsible for any type of damage or loss caused during your stay in the apartment, as well as theft inside or outside the house, damage or loss after fire.
The loss of a set of keys will be penalized with €50.
Smoking
Smoking is totally prohibited in the apartment and common rooms.
In case of non-compliance with this rule, a fine of €200 will be imposed.
Cleanup
The price of the reservation includes the cleaning service at the end of the stay.
For stays longer than 6 nights, a weekly cleaning will be carried out with a change of sheets and towels free of charge.
If it is less than 6 nights and more than 3 nights, a review will be carried out with only a change of towels for free.
On the day of departure, the client must leave the apartment in reasonable conditions of cleanliness and order (garbage accumulation, dirty kitchen, displaced furniture), otherwise EasySleep will charge the client €80 to cover extra cleaning.
Garbage bags cannot be left in common spaces.
Garbage must be disposed of in the street bins near the apartment.
Extra cleaning on request of the client €40.
Conduct
Pets are not allowed.
The apartment may not be used for parties, they will be subject to sanctions.
Any damage caused to the apartment or its contents must be reported to EasySleep. The customer is responsible for such damage and the cost of the damage will be charged.
It is forbidden to accommodate in the apartment a number of guests greater than that declared in the reservation.
Serious and/or repeated breach by the client of the aforementioned conditions will give EasySleep the right to demand the immediate abandonment of the apartment, without any compensation.
EASY SLEEP BARCELONA reserves the right to charge for any breakage of furniture, lighting or any other damage to the apartment.
