Our team at your service
My job is to coordinate the entire team and try to convey all the passion and dedication to service with which easySleep helps its guests from the creation of the reservation to the departure of the apartment. I hope we can help you on your next visit to Barcelona.
I take care of the "numbers" and the "papers": payments, collections, receipts, invoices, suppliers, are some of my daily tasks. I also help my colleagues in managing reservations.
I am in charge of customer service, any problem or incident that you may have, I will be happy to help you. I can also recommend or find tickets for the sites that you should not miss on your visit to Barcelona.
Taking care of the guest and their needs is my responsibility, from the creation of the reservation, the arrival at the apartment and their stay in Barcelona. I will be happy to recommend a restaurant where you can surprise your companions.
I take care that everything works well in the apartments, I can't always prevent something from breaking down, but what I do do is repair it as soon as possible so that your stay in Barcelona is excellent.
I am in charge of cleaning the Eixample building, my team and I do our best to ensure that all the apartments are always impeccable.
I am in charge of cleaning the Gaudí Terrace building, my team and I do our best so that all the floors are always impeccable and ready for your entrance.
